Home Repair

Repair services are available at no cost to lower-income households throughout San Luis Obispo County. Services are funded by the Area Agency on Aging, Community Development Block Grant Funds and the State Department of Community Services and Development. Home repair services include wheelchair ramps, accessible bathrooms, handrails and grab bars, flooring, roofing, drywall, furnace repair and replacement, plumbing and electrical repairs. CAPSLO is a licensed general contractor and performs most of the work directly with its own trained, professional installers.
