North County Case Management

With outreach hours at Loaves and Fishes sites in both Atascadero and Paso Robles, case management works within the collaborative known as the Safe System of Care, as well as with other providers in North County. Case managers focus on finding permanent housing for the homeless and on providing them with information, referrals and emergency transportation.
