Community Action Partnership in conjunction with Health Plus Pharmacy is offering flu shots during our regular Senior Health Screening clinic hours (CALENDAR). Flu shots are free with Medicare and Supplemental Card (please bring both to clinic). If you have an HMO please check with your health care provider. Without insurance coverage, the vaccine is available for $25. Flu shots are available for all adults 18 or older.
