
What Is Migrant and Seasonal Head Start?
Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County Inc.’s Migrant and Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) program is a school readiness childcare program for children ages zero to five whose families are low-income and earn the majority of their income from agricultural production and harvesting work. The program is free of cost to families that qualify
