Youth Advisory Group (YAG)

The Youth Advisory Group (YAG) is a select group of teens from San Luis Obispo County who provide input and assist in decision making on youth-oriented education, outreach, and marketing efforts for the Education Department. Their involvement ensures that our programs are culturally relevant, teen-friendly, and current.

YAG is geared toward teens that love to share ideas and want to gain more leadership and job skills, while assisting the Education Department on critical youth-related decisions. Youth Advisors will gain a sense of pride, leadership, and responsibility for the health of their community.
