Our program serves pregnant and parenting teens throughout San Luis Obispo County.  Participants can be enrolled in this voluntary program up until their 18th birthday.  There is no cost or income eligibility to receive TAPP services.

The following are some of the services provided to TAPP participants:

• One on one case management
• Support to complete high school education
• Assistance to access prenatal, pediatric & family planning healthcare
• Child development & parenting education
• Independent living skills
• Community referrals
• Home visits
• Support groups (in limited areas)

The Teen Academic Parenting Program promotes the well being of pregnant and parenting teens and their children in San Luis Obispo County.  We accomplish this by advocating and encouraging self sufficiency through goal setting in the areas of: health, education and positive parent and life skills.
