About Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) is dedicated to providing professional, confidential and cost-effective assistance to all employees and other customers. HR administers various employee programs and services, which include: recruitment and retention, new hire orientation, benefits, employee relations, safety and workers’ compensation, classification and compensation administration, Board and HR policy, training and equal employment opportunity. 

The staff of the Office of Human Resources provides expertise and serves a dual role: as an internal consultant to management on HR-related matters and as an advocate for employees. Human Resources is wholly committed to the development and implementation of HR programs that will assist or enable employees to better serve the “community” of the Community Action Partnership. We believe in taking care of our employees, so our employees can take care of the people served by Community Action Partnership.

The HR Information Center is located just outside the Human Resources Office and contains the most requested HR forms, information pamphlets, and brochures. The Information Center also contains current job announcements and applications. Please feel free to stop by and take any material that may be of interest to you.
